HempAmericana Announces Augusta CBD Oil Facility Now “Open For Business”
HempAmericana, Inc., (OTC:HMPQ,) is thrilled to announce that the new Vitalis R-200 high-capacity supercritical CO2 CBD Oil Extraction machine has been installed and brought online by the Vitalis team, and is now fully operational. With this step, following a year-long pivot process, full-scale operations are now getting underway at the Company’s principal state-of-the-art extraction and processing facility in Augusta, Maine.
HempAmericana CEO, Salvador Rosillo, commented: “On behalf of the entire dedicated team here at HempAmericana, I wish to thank our tremendously committed shareholder base for staying the course as this complex process has unfolded. It’s been quite an adventure, but the payoff is finally on the way.”
In addition, HempAmericana is now in the process of closing on the purchase of its high-potency strain development farm property. The first wave of hemp seedlings is already being cultivated in preparation for mass planting in several weeks.
As noted in its press release dated April 12, the Company has also already secured a minimum supply allocation of hemp stock estimated to yield as much as roughly 106,250 lbs of high-quality hemp flower as input stock for the fall (or as much as $20M in total sellable CBD Oil production, according to current market pricing for 99%-pure high-potency CBD Oil products).
Management believes the Company is now on course for the next phase of the process, including initial bottling and distribution of super high-quality, high-potency CBD Oil.
Mr. Rosillo continued: “This is the moment we have been so eagerly awaiting for the past year. The Vitalis commissioning team was beyond exceptional in terms of performance and professionalism. With this machine now installed and operational, we are finally open for business here in Augusta!”
